Joel Roman Joins ICM Partners

Joel Roman has joined ICM Partners as an agent in the music department and will work in the agency's Century City offices in Los Angeles. 

Roman comes to ICM Partners after six years at Paradigm. Prior to that, he established the soundtrack and crossover department at William Morris for 21 years. He has negotiated soundtrack rights on behalf of artists, composers, songwriters and producers for feature films and television shows with multiple Grammy, Oscar and Golden Globe nominated releases. 

At ICM, Roman’s focus will be to create crossover opportunities for music clients in ancillary areas including film, TV, gaming, branding and digital and work to identify and create music-related opportunities for ICM's clients.

“Joel brings another client centric service to our agency in an area that is of tremendous interest to our clients,” according to a statement by ICM music department heads Steve Levine, Rob Prinz and Mark Siegel. 

“His proven track record over an extended period of time makes him a perfect fit for us as we continue to rapidly and strategically grow our music and concerts division.”
